Introduction to SMAIT Super Air Knife

SMAIT super air knife, this series of products is based on the principle of high compression ratio of air flow to form high-intensity impact air flow. It has the advantages of small air flow speed loss and high pressure. It adopts German manufacturing technology and production equipment and is very suitable for various industries. Similar airflow drying systems and air knife systems are widely used in department cleaning and drying processing, air drying plate cleaning after beverage canning, conveyor belt cleaning, parts cooling, water removal and drying before vegetable and fruit packaging, fabric drying and cleaning, and pre-treatment before electroplating or painting. Instructions for use:

1. Smed super air knife model description. Example: Model formula: SMDAＬ（SUS）③-A-B-C, set the ordering size and length of the aluminum alloy air knife to 300mm.

The side air inlet is 1mm, the air knife opening width is 0.05mm, and the number of air inlets is 1. The correct ordering model is: SMDAL③(SUS)-300-0.05-1

2. The air knives can be assembled into longer air knives at will, and any length can be customized according to customer needs (the maximum length of a single one is 2000mm).
